All John Collins watches come with a 1-year international warranty against manufacturing or material defects. Unfortunately our warranty can't cover the cosmetic effects of use, battery, or damage or wear on the strap or buckle. Remember that over time our straps will wear and develop a character of their own. Of course if you have any issues with your John Collins Watch please feel free to contact us and we'll endeavour to reach a solution.


What is your returns policy?


If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your John Collins watch you're welcome to return it to us up to 21 days from receipt. Simply contact our customer service department and they'll assist you with the process. Please make sure you decide before you wear it though, as we can only returns in original condition with their packaging.


Do you provide International delivery?


Yes - We offer free shipping to most locations worldwide


How do I track my order?


For most orders we will be able to provide a tracking number upon request so you can monitor your watches journey.


How do I change my watch strap?


All our watch straps are fitted with spring bars which allow our straps to be readily changed by handed. Simply locate the pin mechanism on the underside of the strap and pull to release it from the lug. To attach the new strap - place one end into one of the lugs, hold the pin in and move it into position to allow it to click into place. 


How should I care for my watch?


For our leather and suede straps we suggest using a leather protection treatment prior to wearing to nourish the leather and resist the effects of daily wear.
